Day 1: 🏹 Into the Heart of the Amazon
🏨 8:00 a.m. – Hotel Pickup & Departure
You get picked up at 8:00 a.m. from your hotel and from there we head to the Seasa Port where we’ll board a speedboat that will take us across the legendary Amazon River.
🌊 Meeting of the Waters
At some point, the captain will stop at the Meeting of the Waters so you can take pictures of this phenomenon.
Here, you will witness the astonishing natural phenomenon where the dark waters of the Rio Negro and the sandy-colored waters of the Rio Solimões flow side by side without mixing.
Your guide will explain this fascinating occurrence in detail.
🚐 Scenic Drive Through the Jungle
After crossing the Rio Solimões, we arrive at the town of Careiro da Várzea.
From here, we take a Kombi van and travel along the BR319 highway, a scenic road that cuts through the lush jungle, for about one hour.
🚤 Final Speedboat Journey to the Lodge
Once we reach the Mamori area, we switch to another speedboat and glide through narrow jungle waterways, finally arriving at our secluded jungle lodge at 11:30 a.m.

Highlight Of My Months In Brazil
Me and a friend went on a 3-day jungle tour with Authentic Amazon Adventures. We had a lovely English-speaking guide who translated on top of our native guide, who only spoke Portuguese. On our way to the lodge, we saw the beautiful sight where the two rivers meet but don't mix for a few miles. We saw pink dolphins, snakes, massive spiders, caught piranhas, and even a caiman after a long hunt during the night! One of the best experiences of my life, definitely a highlight of my months in Brazil.

I recently did a 3-day, 2-night trip at a jungle lodge 3 hours from Manaus, and I had a great time. Everything was planned very well and it was very well priced, with quality rooms and hot water. 📅 Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date
✅ You will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
📅 Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the tour start date
✅ You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
📅 Cancellations made within 15 days of the tour start date
❌ No refunds will be provided due to the operational costs already incurred.
🔄 Reservation Changes
Changes made more than 15 days before the tour can be rescheduled free of charge, subject to availability.
Changes within 15 days of the tour start date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.
⏳No-shows & Early Departures
No refunds will be given for no-shows or if you choose to leave the tour early.
⚠️ Special Deals & Group Bookings
For discounted special offers, cancellations less than 30 days before the tour will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
Group bookings (5+ people) require a 30-day notice for full refunds; otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
💔 Exceptions (Serious Illness or Death of a Close Person)
In the event of a serious illness or the death of a close family member or person, a 90% refund will be issued
regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Official documentation may be required.
💸 Refund Processing
All refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

Highlight Of My Months In Brazil
Me and a friend went on a 3-day jungle tour with Authentic Amazon Adventures. We had a lovely English-speaking guide who translated on top of our native guide, who only spoke Portuguese. On our way to the lodge, we saw the beautiful sight where the two rivers meet but don't mix for a few miles. We saw pink dolphins, snakes, massive spiders, caught piranhas, and even a caiman after a long hunt during the night! One of the best experiences of my life, definitely a highlight of my months in Brazil.
It Was Excellent
I recently did a 3-day, 2-night trip at a jungle lodge 3 hours from Manaus, and I had a great time. Everything was planned very well and it was very well priced, with quality rooms and hot water. I saw lots of wildlife, and we had a great boat for exploring the river—it was excellent. I will definitely be recommending Authentic Amazon Adventures.
Best Nature Tour
We did a 3-day tour with Authentic Amazon Adventures. They were recommended by a mutual friend, and man, this is the best nature tour I have ever experienced in my life. Our guide had enormous knowledge of the Amazon and was the best tour guide you could wish for. He was energetic, very easy to get along with, and had amazing stories to tell along the tour. He gave us the full Amazon experience in such a short period, and I’m very thankful for it.
